Inductel's Returns Policy:

All of our products are software digital downloads. We accept returns and exchanges through our online store.    

Our return time frame is 90 days.

Return initiation steps: Contact us by either phone or email. And let us know that you would like to return a product.

Refund timeline is from one to three days.

Condition of returned products: Not a problem. Because our products are software, the physical condition is not an issue.

Restocking and shipping fees: Zero. We have no restocking, or shipping fees.
